This pulped natural coffee is a great representation of Brazilian coffee with flavors of apple, caramel, and candied almonds. Roast profile is catered to be versatile on many brew methods; pour over, aeropress, or immersion brewing; all can yield beautiful cups.

Canaan Estate is located in Carmo de Minas, Mantiqueira de Minas region in Brazil. The farm’s altitude for coffee plants is from 900 meters to 1100 meters. The farm employs 5 full time workers and their families live at the farm rent free. An area near the central processing area is available to each family to have a garden and some animals. JC Coffee importers works with family owned farms to export and import coffees to the US, with vertical integration providing higher amounts paid at farm level.
