This is the second Hafi nano-lot from the JNP team that I'm excited to share, another stunning example of the beauty that is sun dried coffee from Burundi. Bright red fruits in the realm of strawberry and pomegranate, with a velvety dark chocolate background to hold everything together. Recommended to brew as a pour over to bring those wonderful fruit notes to the front and center.

With the producing community 20km from a wet mill processing center, their production of sun dried coffees became exquisite over time from this limitation. There's another nano-lot from this same community which has a very complex profile of melon, white grape, and honeyed milk chocolate. Consider ordering both nano-lots to taste side by side to see how much variation can be within a small region for producing such delicious coffees. The impact of micro-climates, terroir, and post harvest processing all having an impact on the final cup.
